Questions to ask in meeting with possible new rep/agency? (NYC specific)

Hi all, D was approached to take a meeting with a well known agency in NYC. (EEP!) As NYC runs differently than most other places, we were wondering from those who have NYC representation, what are questions she should be asking in the meeting? Things she should look for if offered a contract, etc.? D has had representation locally for 10 yrs. but NYC is a whole new animal. Thanks!!
