Hi all you acting/MT parents - I came here thinking I would find threads on this already (and maybe they are here and I missed them). . . after months of trying to keep my D healthy through audition season we're coming up on a critical audition this weekend and she's got a sore throat! We've started the typical Zicam, EmergenC, tea, water. . wondering if you folks who live this too have any secret remedies that always work for you??
I'm sure we'd all love to build the arsenal on this front as there is ALWAYS a critical audition or show ahead!
