I'm posting this here since student debt can be particularly odious for our kids studying MT, a field where future income may be limited or sporadic. Northwestern University students who qualify for financial aid no longer will have to borrow to pay for their education, part of a plan announced Thursday to make the school more affordable and prevent students from being saddled with crippling debt.

In the past Northwestern capped student borrowing at a total of $20,000 over 4 years, but this new program will eliminate even that debt for incoming students.
If other MT programs offer similar arrangements, it would be great to list those in this thread as well!
